Telecommunications - Approval and Accreditation
As a Telecommunications and Internet Service Provider, Eden is required to have a Code of Practice which details a number of areas including; how to get in touch, what services we provide and a formal process for addressing any customer complaints.

Eden is a member of both ISPA (the Internet Service Providers Association) and CISAS (Communications and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme). Both of these independent organisations are approved by Ofcom.
