Support HelpDesk

The concept of the Support Helpdesk is to enable all users within a business, access to a technical support specialist "on demand". Eden deliberately does not "exclude" any technical areas from their remit - but, always seek to "own" an issue from reporting through to conclusion.

System Monitoring

Eden's unique system monitoring service provides 24x7, "round the clock" monitoring of key systems to alert us instantly to any problems that occur within your technology infrastructure. In addition, we also run automated daily checks on key compenents to identify potential problems before they occur. After all our checks have completed, we can even arrange for our automated email to be sent to a nominated member of your organisation for your piece of mind. (Of course, if there's anything wrong - we'll be working on it before you see the email!)

System Administration

Key to ensuring that the systems supporting your business remain in "optimal" condition, is a periodic check. There's a lot to cover with this administrative time but it includes:- Security Log checks, Virus updating, System performance checking, Security updates, application patches and updates, changes to backup schedules and disk storage plus much, much more. Eden operates with pre-defined "templates" for each customer infrastructure to ensure nothing is missed and giving us the opportunity to demonstrate the work undertaken. Where time remains after these checks, we can turn our hand to almost anything else that your business needs - User training, additional web development, application enhancement etc.
