Remote Monitoring

One of the principal objectives for any organisation is the continuous availability of key systems such as email, telecommunications and other applications central to the smooth operation of the business.

To address this area, Eden has developed a full monitoring service which can be applied on one or any number of servers across small and medium business to provide early warnings for any potential problems.

Issues discovered by the Remote Monitoring service are automatically alerted to selected recipients (including Eden) allowing early action to be taken to reduce the likelihood of system downtime.

• Continuous 24x7 monitoring, such as:-
  • Failed WIndows services
  • Low disk space
  • Failed RAID array

• Daily Health Checks, including:-
  • Backup success or failure
  • Anti-Virus success or failure
  • Disk consumption checks
  • Exchange information store size
  • Disk health checks
  • Critical event reporting

Delivering the Information

All of the above can be notifed to Eden and/or nominated IT staff along with emails detailing the results of Health checks and a full onlien dashboard displaying all monitoring checks.
