Geographic Areas of Coverage
Eden is head-quatered in Ascot, Berkshire but for the majority of us, a good deal of our time is spent away from the office and on client sites.
Our support operations encompass users across Europe and as far as China, Australia and Africa - but, we do prefer only to travel within a 90 minute radius of our Berkshire offices.
Support clients will specify a "head office" from where the majority of the technology that supports their business is located and/or staff are based. However, an increasing number of clients also require remote support services whether they are travelling on semi-permanent home workers.
Providing guidance on where we feel comfortable travelling to has proven useful to prospective and existing clients alike though; so, here we list out the locations where we have existing clients or know we can provide timely computer it support and telecommunications services.
- Berkshire
- We are based in Berkshire and cover all areas including Ascot, Bracknell, Windsor, Maidenhead, Crowthorne, Camberley, Yately, Slough and Farnborough. More -->
- Surrey
- We are located close to (and have clients) in Chertsey, Weybridge, Woking, Guildford and also travel to Farnborough, Godalming and Alton.More -->
- Hampshire
- Again, we are located close to the eastern edge of Hampshire and will travel to Basingstoke, Farnham, Aldershot, Andover, Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Salisbury, Ringwood and Bournemouth. More -->
- Middlesex
- Similarly, we are conveniently located to travel to Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, Sunbury, the "Hamptons", Whitton, Kew, Barnes and Sheen. More -->
